主要科研项目及成果
主要围绕天然产物,开展分离纯化,结构改造和药理学研究。代表性工作有:(1)通过对中国传统中药吴茱萸的活性成分——吴茱萸碱的结构修饰,发现了一个丁酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂,并具有神经保护作用;(2)发现了一种简单快速地制备吴茱萸次碱及其类似物的合成方法;(3)在化学上首次实现了从水飞蓟素到次大风子素的有效转化方法,并对水飞蓟素进行衍生化,得到的次大风素类化合物有较好的抗癌和抗炎效果;(4)合作开展了新疆一枝蒿中的特有的倍半萜生物碱——一枝蒿碱G及其相关异构体的全合成;(5)合作开展了药用蕨类植物的活性成分分离,结构改造及活性研究,得到了抗癌活性较好的先导化合物。迄今发表各类科研论文84篇,相关工作发表于Organic Letters,European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry,Phytomedicine,Bioorganic Chemistry,Journal of Molecular Structure, Current Topics in Medicinal Chemistry,ACS Chemical Neuroscience,Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry,Journal of Chromatography B,Phytochemistry Letters,Natural Product Research等期刊。申请发明专利20项, 其中14项已经获得专利授权。参编图书1部。目前正在开展天然产物的结构改造和药理学研究。主要的研究兴趣包括天然产物的分离、结构修饰及活性研究,有机合成方法学。2016年入选国家级高层次人才引进计划,2020年入选马鞍山市“龙马工程”高层次人才。目前主要的研究包括天然产物的分离、结构修饰及活性研究,新药合成,有机合成方法学。
